I would note that although, I have often found it necessary to write letters of complaint about various services, it isn’t often that I find myself writing a letter of congratulation. This letter falls into that minority.

On today’s date I unfortunately discovered that my water heater failed and since I was at work, my wife needed to contact you for a service call from your company.

It was a pleasure to deal with your office staff, and the service technician sent from your company went the “extra mile” on more than one occasion during the day to make certain that our water heater was replaced the same day. Since our problem revolved around a State water heater, your employees were very helpful in providing information to us that allowed us to contact State Industries directly and begin to resolve our warranty issues.

Once again, thank you for your assistance in today’s matters and I know who I will turn to first if troubles in the future occur.

I am very pleased to be writing this letter regarding our new American Standard heating and air conditioning system and the service we received from your service technicians.

I always think that I am too demanding and a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to what I expect when contracting work. The end result always seems to end in a hassle.

I am very pleased to say that the contract I had with Dynamic turned out to be a pleasant one, because there were no such incidents. Your technicians, with whom I hope you will share this letter, worked very hard and were very knowledgeable of the product. They were more than willing to share that knowledge and concerns with my wife and me. They worked at our residence without our presence, and if I had not come home early on the second day to find them as they were wrapping up, we would not have known they were there except for the cool and result. Even though we have not had the opportunity to try the heating system, we feel very confident that there will be no problems. If we do, I am sure that Dynamic will make it right.
